NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NY FORWARD APPLICATION

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by Motion of the Town Board of the Town of Kent, New York, adopted at a meeting of said Board on August 18, 2022, a public hearing will be held by the Town Board at the Town Offices, 25 Sybil’s Crossing, Kent, New York, on September 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. o’clock, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider the Town Board’s intent to submit an application for NY Forward. 

            At said public hearing all persons interested in the subject matter thereof shall have the opportunity to be heard.

            The Town Board will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk. The Town Board meeting will follow said Public Hearing.
