Senior Citizens

The Senior Citizens of the Town of Kent are organized to promote and encourage fellowship, sociability and culture among it's members.

The Kent Seniors meet the third Sunday of the month(unless Holiday conflict) at 1pm  in Doherty Hall behind the St. James School complex in Carmel. Refreshments are served and periodically there are speakers to disucss topics of interest to our elderly population. This includes Fire safety, Crime prevention, Health topics, Library updates, Town Business upates, Trip information and more.

Membership is open to all who reside in the Town of Kent and are 55 years of age or older. Dues are $10.00 a year. Dues must be paid by March 31st of that year to be eligible.Joining the club will entitle the member to receive valuable information by email of important club and community news. A schedule of events is distributed to members each year of important trips and events. There are events scheduled each month that involve Trips, Special Events, Holiday Party etc.
