                                                                   NOTICE OF HEARING

                                         RENEWAL OF CABLE TELEVISION  FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

                        PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Kent, New York will hold a public hearing to consider the renewal of the cable television franchise agreement with Comcast of New York, LLC at the Town Hall, 25 Sybil’s Crossing, Kent, New York, on July 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the evening of that day at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.  The Town Board will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.  A copy of the proposed franchise agreement is viewable on the Town’s website, www.townofkentny.gov, or in the office of the Town Clerk,  Town Board Meeting will follow.
