Town Board & Planning Board Meeting
The Town Board is holding a joint meeting with the Planning Board and its consultants on April 19, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the proposed Soil Removal Law. In order to accommodate members of the public as well as Planning Board members and consultants, the meeting on April 19, 2021 will be a Zoom meeting. If you wish to participate in the meeting via Zoom, you are required to pre-register. Click the link below to pre-register. Once you pre-register, you will receive a confirmation and information on how to access the Zoom meeting.
If you want to watch the meeting on TV as you normally would watch a Town Board meeting, there is no need to register in advance – just tune in to the Town channel on your TV at 7:00 p.m. on April 19, 2021.

Attached is the proposed Soil Removal legislation with the comments of the Planning Board and the Conservation Advisory Committee incorporated in the body of the legislation which we will be discussing on Monday evening.
