NOTICE OF HEARING

CONTRACT FOR FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES
WITH
THE LAKE CARMEL FIRE DEPARTMENT

            PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held with respect to the contract for fire protection services between the Town of Kent and the Lake Carmel Fire Department on Tuesday March 2, 2021 at 7:00 pm, in the evening of that day at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.  The Town Board will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.
