NOTICE OF HEARING
LAKE CARMEL FIRE DEPARTMENT CONTRACT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Kent, New York at the Town Offices, 25 Sybil’s Crossing, Kent, New York, on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. o’clock, to consider the Lake Carmel Fire Department Contract for calendar years 2022 and 2023.
At said public hearing all persons interested in the subject matter thereof shall have the opportunity to be heard. Town Board meeting will immediately follow.
A copy of the aforesaid proposed Lake Carmel Fire Department Contract is on file with the Town Clerk.
The Town Board will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.
