Town Supervisor

The Town Supervisor is the highest elected official in the Town of Kent government.  The supervisor is the chief executive officer, chief financial officer and head  of  the administrative  branch of the Town.  She is responsible for the proper administration of town affairs, law enforcement and the maintenance of peace and order in the  town.  The Supervisor is the "chairperson" of the Town Board, setting the the agendas  and conducting all public meetings and workshop sessions of the Town Board. The Supervisor's Office is responsible for the day to day operation of the Town, including such functions as accounting, budgeting, payroll and personnel.
 
The Confidential Assistant to the Supervisor, in addition to her duties providing assistance and support to the Supervisor, is responsible for handling all personnel and human resources issues affecting Town employees and retirees.
