                                                                TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF KENT

                                                                           NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

                                                                   UNSAFE BUILDING 238-240 ROUTE 52

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Kent, New York, adopted a meeting of said Board on October 19, 2021, a public hearing will be held by the Town Board at the Town Offices, 25 Sybil’s Crossing, Kent, New York, on December 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. o’clock, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider whether the Town Board to consider the correction of violations or the demolition of the structure situated at 238-240 Route 52, Kent, New York, Tax Map Identification Number 44.52-2-28 and 44.5-2-29 in accordance with Town Code Chapter 29 regarding Unsafe Buildings. 

            At said public hearing all persons interested in the subject matter thereof shall have the opportunity to be heard.

            The Town Board will make every effort to assure that the hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Town Clerk.
