Educational Forum Series - Invasive Plant Management

On Thursday, March 18 at 7:00 pm via zoom the Kent Lakes Association will be hosting their second presentation on issues that effect the quality and enjoyment of our lakes. Lindsay Yoder of PRISM will be discussing identification of different plants that are not native to our lakes, the issues and conditions these plants cause and how to address these conditions. Topics include: Overview of Invasive Species, Basic Identification of Common Invasive Species, the PRISM Program (What services are  provided),  Kent Lake Profiles (Current Invasive Species that are present and past ,management techniques), and an overview of Approved Management in NY- recommendations for individual lakes based on known data.
