Lake Tibet Lake Tibet can be found in the Town of Kent, N.Y, and it is one of the most beautiful lakes bordering Faunstock Park.

With many acres of preserved land in the surrounding area, the community enjoys sightings from a variety of animals, including everything from rare birds to Black Bear.

During the 1950s the residents of Lake Tibet Estates were preparing the necessary applications and bylaws to create what is known today as the Lake Tibet Property Owners Association, Inc. Park District No.2, incorporated on August 13, 1958.
There are approximately 75 homes presently in the Park District. The Lake Tibet Property Owners Association is led by Walter Ritter as acting President.

Our 1st Annual Block Party was a big success with more than 100 attendees and the 2nd Annual Halloween party portrayed the creativity of the Lake Tibet community.
You can see the festivities by following the links to the photo albums below.

Keeping the integrity of the lake is of paramount importance. We are working together to keep it clean and we are introducing more carp to get growth of the weeds under control.

The community is a beautiful and special place to live.
